This family-oriented Italian restaurant focuses on traditional cuisine of Northern Italy's Tuscany region. Expect gourmet meats, seafood, pizzas, pastas and more, as well as an extensive, moderately priced wine list. Regular promotions on scallops, asparagus and other delicacies make this place stand out.

my family and i went there for dinner two weekends ago and was pleasantly surprised. The breads were amazing with fresh pesto and sundried tomato dips. They were not stingy on the breads and dips either. Next we had the lobster soup with lobster panini which was again amazing. our son loved it. we also tried the foie gras, ossobucco and risotto. everything was exceptionally nice except for the risotto which to me was average. the boys enjoyed the popcorn ice cream and lava cake and peach cheesecake. will go again.

I went there by case and without any expectation i got a really good meal, i`m my opinion one of the few place in beijing where you can find a real wagyu beef, staff is friendly and the athmosphere is really good!

Love this place! Super trendy, nice decor and the food is good. The price, for what you get is low. I highly recommend the "mozzarella salad" which is one of the best I've had, even in italy. The truffle risotto is nice too with a big helping of truffles. High quality and value. Keep it up fratellis!

I just tried Fratelli Fresh’s current “Asparagus” promotion and it was exquisite! The meal began with the king fish tartar, served with white asparagus and golden popcorn. It was delicious to mix the softness of both the fish and the asparagus with the crunchy popcorn. It was truly luxurious to have a nice helping of golden flakes on the popcorn. I then had the “Wagyu” beef served with olive oil mashed potatoes and white asparagus. It was the first time I had this authentic Italian mashed potatoes, which was a whole new twist by the Chef on the traditional potato dish. The beef was superb, tender inside but perfectly pan-fried on the outside. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of a chic and modern Italian restaurant and will definitely return soon with many friends!

This is one of the best restaurants in Beijing. It rivals Aria in terms of creativity and originality. The new menu is all about light Southern France-Northern Italian shore Mediterranean food but with molecular gastronomy to it. I was blown away by the semolina gnocchi and the mushroom soup with Sichuan pork. It was an incredible experience, and unlike other Italian restaurants in Beijing, some of which do superb but classical, expected dishes, you won't be able to replicate Fratelli's dishes in any other restaurant. The textures and colors are rich, and the combinations innovative, and the dishes are brilliant and you can feel the passion in them. This what fine-dining should be about. You don't usually get molecular cuisine here and Fratelli Fresh is a must!

Hum...I think the pizza definitely deserves more than one star. Eye, I wonder how many stars you give for PizzaHut?
This is a good place for Italian comfort food. The promotions are very appealing, reasonable price for good food and wine. This is the place to go if you ever crave for a good bowl of pasta and a fine glass of wine. I also tried the monkfish. It's very chewy, but I like the white bean flavor. I haven't tried enough courses to say, but I know I will go back for sure.

Pizza Perfect
This chic Italian outfit in the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel has the immense potential of being a dining destination for the discerning Beijing ren, rather than just another hotel restaurant. The current promotions on pizza and pasta are some of the best value in the city.
[HTML_REMOVED] Fratelli Fresh boasts an open kitchen restaurant and a full on northern Italian menu. According to Chef Phil Walker, Tuscan flavor crosses the “invisible pasta line” in Italy focusing more on rice, beans, seasoned meats and ample olive oil, with a simple and seasonal approach to dishes.
[HTML_REMOVED] We started with a small portion of poached veal with tomato in a mayo-tuna sauce (¥48). The spinach ricotta gnocchi (¥68) tasted like it came from your Italian grandmother’s skillet. A traditional thin crust pizza margarita (¥78- now ¥48) with fresh tomatoes and cheese is possibly one of Beijing’s top pizzas.
[HTML_REMOVED] The mushroom risotto (¥98) cooked with luxurious fragrant truffle oil was sublime. The monkfish served over white beans (¥128), although full of flavor was a bit chewy. The tiramisu (¥58) was spot on, and an innovative combination of frozen grapes and mascarpone cheese ice cream (¥58) was inspired.
[HTML_REMOVED] With a lovely wine bar stocked with a good collection of wines, excellent service and perfect thin crust pizzas, Fratelli is definitely worth checking out. The current (¥48) spaghetti and pizza promotion or the all-you-can-eat menu of spaghetti and pizza with a glass of house wine (¥128) might be a good start.
