Consistently very high quality, friendly, good menu and super food. We love the atmosphere here and in the pizza place: the house red in the pizza restaurant is also excellent - and the pizzas are first rate. In fact, although it's a bit of a hike to Central Park for us, we don't eat pizza anywhere else now. And Massimo and his wife are perfect hosts - friendly, informative, interesting and relaxed. A perfect night out.

I have been going to this place for over a year now. I am amazed that Massimo can consistently put together an amazing meal for me. Not just good, but enjoyable in every way. From the flavor, to the service, the feel of the whole thing is completely satisfying and we always go home with a smile. My wife gets a double sized salad simply because the quality of his greens are the best in the city. The pricing is reasonable, and you can feel completely confident in arranging a meal there for friends, clients or yourself.

I am reluctant to write this review, since it is getting so tough to get a table for lunch at this fine restaurant.
The lunch menu is two or three courses. Unbelievable food for the reasonable price. But please leave me a seat.

I revisited LMPlus last night and was lucky enough to taste some items off the new winter menu. The chickpea soup was fantastic, as was the chicken in white wine with lentil stew. The service, as usual, was excellent, as was the wine. I can't recommend this place enough!

LOOOOOVE LMPlus + the LMPlus Pizza place.
Both excellent + THANK YOU Massimo for having added the Pizza Place this summer, it has lifted Pizza eating in Beijing onto an entirely different planet.
The tiny restaurant if fantastic too - food is excellent, service is great, Massimo is very nice and always around. Living in Central Park we're just really grateful about this excellent quality additions to the dining options in the compound. Thank you !

It's kind of funny that the pizza squares seem similar to the American microwavable brand Ellio's, but it says more to the shape of the pizza than the taste of said dishes from LMPLUS. I'm a huge fan of stopping inside and getting the set lunch (three slices, small salad and drink for 40 RMB) when I'm in the mood. Snag an outside table and it makes the afternoon that much better.

This is a great little upscale restaurant. You are likely to spot a star in here. It is a great late evening stop. The food is excellent and the pricing is fair (but not cheap) Good buzz always. Reminds me of an upscale Italian place in Tokyo or Taipei.

This is quite the find. It is across from the Alexander Club health club in Central Park. It reminds me of a high end italian place in Tokyo. You are likely to spot a star - Chow Yang Fatt the other day. The food is excellent.
A surprise is a very good breakfast.
The prices will neither shock nor delight you.

[HTML_REMOVED] In a city that changes as quickly as Beijing, a restaurant which garners a loyal clientele who know the owner by name is a rarity. And one that does so in just under two months of opening is akin to winning the lottery. The wine list at LMPlus is both affordable (glasses start at ¥45, and bottles at ¥188) and truly impressive. This, and a rock solid selection of dishes, has us wishing that we lived in Central Park so that we too could make this our neighborhood hangout.
[HTML_REMOVED] The décor is simple, modest and comfortable, with a small side room available for groups. Run by Massimo Masili of L’isola fame, LMPlus already has a head start on the competition, but the main thing separating this tiny, intimate eatery from its larger cousin is the kitchen. Space considerations mean that LMPlus chefs function with electric burners and grills—no gas. But this puts nary a dent in such notoriously difficult-to-make dishes like [HTML_REMOVED]risotto con gorgonzola e radicchio[HTML_REMOVED] (¥98), which arrived at our table at the perfect consistency, neither too hard nor too soft. The [HTML_REMOVED]filetto di manzo con zucchine alla griglia e speck croccante[HTML_REMOVED] (¥178) is a thick wedge of locally-sourced beef sitting atop cooked zucchini slices. Ours was grilled perfectly, and went nicely with the [HTML_REMOVED]salmone norvegese al rosmarino con insalata al limone[HTML_REMOVED] (Norwegian rosemary salmon with salad, ¥180), which was graced with a very pleasing twang of lemon.
[HTML_REMOVED] By the time our tiramisu (¥89) and [HTML_REMOVED]panna cotta con salsa di mirtilli[HTML_REMOVED] (panna cotta with blueberry sauce, ¥89) arrived, we had imbibed several glasses of wine perfectly paired with our meal by a very knowledgeable waiter, and were ready to start apartment-hunting in Central Park.
