Ryno Sorry you had a bad experience at the saddle. Knowing of your expertise in Beijing bar business, im sure you have a great sense of what it takes to run a profitable restaurant or bar. Please feel free to enlighten me on any improvements you see fit to operate a successful business such as the brick which does a fraction( if that) of the business as the saddle does. Since we are both in the hospitality maybe it would be more professional if this were a conversation we had face to face instead of having it over a public forum.
