This is the ultimate combo class where you will begin with Pilates and integrate the entire body using your own body weight, gravity and props, promoting ease and efficiency of movement through focused and controlled exercises. Following the pilates portion of the class will be ZUMBA; participants will be introduced to a variety of dance steps such as mambo, merengue, hip-hop, and bellydance with fun and funky Latin beats in the back to get hips moving and the heart pumping. This combination proves to be the most effective class because strength training is immediately followed by cardio which enables the body to blast more fat effectively.
