At the former KIN Café, the pork dishes were the highlights, so it is exciting that the spot it's become focuses is squarely on the swine with a pronounced Vietnamese influence. The greasy pork street toast is a must-try--as owner Gary Wang says, “If it’s not pork, what’s the point of eating it?”.

@ pasarq, I was there last night as well- we were the first table of 3 on the right. Anyways.. Overall a good concept and food was good (not superb). I felt the choices were limited and the theme of "pork" wasnt there. Couldnt taste the prok in the spring rolls, pho had all beef ingredients and no "pork, the pork sandwhich tasted like tuna- it felt too gourmet. When i want a pork sandwhich i really want something heavy and greasy. As for techniques it lacked sophistiicated. Nothing is really braised and pork fat should be ultiized a little more. Was hoping for a more variety of pork dishes. Surprised they didnt have pulled pork as well. Although the street toast was a good. Overall a good concept, menu needs a bit of fixing but overall not bad

This place DOES have the most awesome bowl of pork ramen in Shanghai.

Pork Street Toast ! Pork Street Toast ! ! Pork Street Toast ! ! !
Can they just make it a sandwich instead of an app? Then I can make the party in my mouth last longer.

Went to Grumpy Pig and LOVED it, really cool place. We tried lots of dishes from the menu and everything was great!! (although I would like to see more selection of food next time) Also the service is super and the ABC chef is cute!

I went to the Grumpy Pig last Friday and loved it. The revamped restaurant is super cosy and the food is incredible. If you go, make sure you order the pork street toast (as featured in our Fatty Issue). It's decadent, fatty and super tasty. You'll definitely leave the restaurant oinking...

AWESOME! Went for lunch a few weeks ago and had the pork street toast (which is to die for.. so delish) and the ramen (tasty but nothing to write home about). Great place to get work done during the day if you have some free time, very relaxed and welcoming.
