Zumba Shanghai is taught by not 1, but by 2 trainers. Lisa has been Zumba Instructor certified in the United States & Jamie has been doing fitness and dance for as long as he could remember. Together, they'll make you work out a sweat with a big smile on your face and you won't even realize you exercised. If you're looking to let loose, then this is for sure one of the most fun classes to attend where you incorporate hip shakes into cardio. Zumba is a fat blasting class that on average burns 500-600 calories in an hour, but can also zap up to 800 calories if the breaks are taken out.
